กองทัพภาคที่ 2 รายงานสถานการณ์การแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ประจำวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2568 ถึงเวลา 14.00 น.

ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 ขอแถลงสถานการณ์การตามแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ประจำวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 14.00 น. โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

สถานการณ์โดยรวม
          ตรวจพบความเคลื่อนไหวทหารฝ่ายกัมพูชาในบางพื้นที่ ตรวจพบโดรน ในพื้นที่ตอนใน 1 ครั้ง 8 ลำ พื้นที่ ชายแดน 16 ครั้ง 67 ลำ ปัจจุบันกองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตนเอง ฝ่ายไทยจัดกำลังพลประจำจุดเฝ้าตรวจตามเหตุการณ์ เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายตรงข้าม และเตรียมความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์

กองทัพภาคที่ 2 ได้จัดการประชุมคณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาคไทย–กัมพูชา (Regional Border Committee : RBC)
          ระหว่างวันที่ 25 – 27 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ จุดผ่านแดนถาวรช่องสะงำ อำเภอภูสิงห์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยมีแม่ทัพภาคที่ 2 ทำหน้าที่ประธานคณะกรรมการฝ่ายไทย และผู้บัญชาการภูมิภาคทหารที่ 4 ทำหน้าที่ประธานคณะกรรมการฝ่ายกัมพูชา การประชุมในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรลุข้อตกลงการหยุดยิงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม โดยทั้งสองประเทศได้ให้คำมั่นร่วมกันในการปฏิบัติตามข้อตกลงที่กำหนด ได้แก่ การไม่ใช้อาวุธต่อกัน การไม่เคลื่อนย้ายหรือเสริมกำลัง การไม่ดำเนินการใดๆ ที่อาจก่อให้เกิดการยั่วยุซึ่งกันและกัน ตลอดจนการร่วมมือกันปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศอย่างเคร่งครัด
          ทั้งนี้ การประชุมในวันนี้เป็นการประชุมระดับกองเลขานุการคณะกรรมการชายแดนส่วนภูมิภาคไทย–กัมพูชา เพื่อประสานรายละเอียดในการปฏิบัติและกำหนดแนวทางการดำเนินงานร่วมกัน อันจะนำไปสู่การประชุมอย่างเป็นทางการของคณะกรรมการในระดับสูงต่อไป

การดูแลผู้อพยพ
          สนับสนุนส่วนราชการทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชน อำนวยความสะดวกประชาชนจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย ไปยังพื้นที่รวบรวมพลเรือน 7 ศูนย์ ในพื้นที่ จ.อุบลราชธานี ลดลง 44 คน ปัจจุบันมียอด 393 คน เนื่องจากมีความคลายวิตกกังวล ทั้งนี้ทางฝ่ายปกครองได้จัดชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน เข้าดูแลพื้นที่บ้านเรือนของพี่น้องประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง

จิตอาสาพระราชทาน
          ศูนย์อำนวยการจิตอาสาพระราชทาน มณฑลทหารบกที่ 25 พลเรือตรี บัณฑิตย์ ชื่นอิ่ม รองหัวหน้าสำนักงานผู้บังคับบัญชา ศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล และคณะ มอบตาข่ายอวน จำนวน 11 ม้วน โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากชาวประมง จ.สมุทรสงคราม และ ศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล (ศรชล.) โดยมี พ.อ.อัครสิทธิ์ ปะกิระตา รองผู้บัญชาการมณฑลทหารบกที่ 25 รับมอบสิ่งของ
ศูนย์อำนวยการจิตอาสาพระราชทาน จ.ศรีสะเกษ จ่าเอก สมควร สิงห์คำ นายอำเภอกันทรลักษ์, ส่วนราชการในท้องที่, ผู้นำชุมชน และ ชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้านตรวจเยี่ยมบ้านประชาชนที่ได้รับความเสียหาย และติดตามการดำเนินการซ่อมแซมบ้านเรือนพร้อมทั้งมอบสิ่งของอุปโภค-บริโภค ณ บ.หนองเม็กน้อย ม.11 ต.เสาธงชัย อ.กันทรลักษ์ จ.ศรีสะเกษ
          ศูนย์อำนวยการจิตอาสาพระราชทาน จ.อุบลราชธานี นาย สะอาด วงศ์รักษ์ นายอำเภอเดชอุดม จิตอาสา 904 และจิตอาสาพระราชทานในพื้นที่ ออกเยี่ยมและให้กำลังใจประชาชนที่พักอาศัยในศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราว พร้อมนำอาหารประกอบเลี้ยง ให้ประชาชน ณ ศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราว ทั้ง 7 แห่ง อ.เดชอุดม จ.อุบลราชธานี

แจ้งเตือนประชาชน
          ขอให้ประชาชนรับข้อมูลข่าวสารด้วยวิจารณญาณ และติดตามเฉพาะช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการจากหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ หรือหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคงในพื้นที่ ซึ่งสามารถตรวจสอบและยืนยันข้อเท็จจริงได้อย่างถูกต้อง เพื่อป้องกันความเข้าใจคลาดเคลื่อนจากข้อมูลที่ไม่เป็นความจริง

2nd Army Area Operations Center
Update on the Thailand–Cambodia Border Situation

Overall Situation
Movements of Cambodian troops were detected in certain areas. Drone activity was observed with 8 drones inside Thai territory and 67 drones along the border in 16 incidents. At present, both sides maintain their positions along their respective strongholds. The Thai side has deployed troops at observation points to monitor developments and ensure readiness to respond as necessary.

The 2nd Army Area convened the Regional Border Committee (RBC) Meeting between Thailand and Cambodia from 25–27 August 2025 at the Chong Sa-Ngam Permanent Border Crossing, Phu Sing district, Sisaket province. The Commander of the 2nd Army Area served as Chairman of the Thai side, while the Commander of Military Region 4 chaired for Cambodia.
This special session aims to reach a concrete ceasefire agreement, with both countries committing to:
• refrain from the use of weapons,
• refrain from troop reinforcements or redeployments,
• refrain from provocative actions, and
• uphold strict compliance with international humanitarian law.
Today’s session was a Secretariat-level meeting to coordinate operational details and establish joint implementation guidelines, which will lead to a formal high-level RBC meeting in the near future.

Support for Evacuees
Government agencies, private organizations, and volunteers continue to assist civilians from high-risk areas to evacuation centers. Currently, 7 centers in Ubon Ratchathani province are operating, with 393 evacuees (a decrease of 44 compared to yesterday) as public concerns gradually ease. Security teams have been deployed to safeguard villagers’ homes during evacuation.
Royal Volunteer Activities

At the 25th Military Circle (Maha Sarakham), Rear Admiral Bandit Chuen-im, Deputy Chief of Staff, Office of the National Maritime Interests Protection Command, together with his delegation, delivered 11 rolls of fishing nets, supported by local fishermen from Samut Songkhram province and the Thai Maritime Enforcement Command Center (Thai-MECC). Col. Akkarasit Pakirata, Deputy Commander of the 25th Military Circle, received the donations.
At Sisaket province, Petty Officer Somkuan Singkham, District Chief of Kantharalak, together with local government officials, community leaders, and village security units, visited households affected by the conflict and delivered relief supplies in Nong Mek Noi village, Moo 11, Saothongchai sub-district, Kantharalak district, Sisaket.
At Ubon Ratchathani province, Mr. Sa-ard Wongrak, District Chief of Det Udom, together with Volunteer 904, Royal Volunteers, and local volunteer groups, visited evacuees at 7 temporary shelters in Det Udom district, providing hot meals and relief items to support daily living.
