ลำดับเหตุการณ์กัมพูชายิงอาวุธหลายขนาดใส่พื้นที่ช่องอานม้า บริเวณช่องบก อ.น้ำยืน จ.อุบลราชธานี 27 ก.ย. 68

          พลตรี วินธัย สุวารี โฆษกกองทัพบก เผยว่า จากเหตุการณ์เมื่อวานนี้ (27 ก.ย. 68) ที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชาได้ทำการใช้อาวุธยิงหลายขนาดเข้ามาในพื้นที่เขตอธิปไตยไทย บริเวณช่องบก อ.น้ำยืน จ.อุบลราชธานี นั้น มีลำดับเหตุการณ์สำคัญที่กองทัพบกได้บันทึกไว้ ดังนี้

• • • เวลา 11.55 น. ตรวจพบเสียงปืน ค. และปืนกลจากฝ่ายกัมพูชา บริเวณเนิน 677
    • เวลา 12.00 น. ตรวจพบเสียงยิง ค. จากเนิน 677 ไปยังเนิน 600
    • เวลา 11.55–12.07 น. ฝ่ายกัมพูชายิงเครื่องยิงลูกระเบิด 40 มม. และปืนเล็กยาวใส่เนิน 600
    • เวลา 12.10 น. ฝ่ายกัมพูชายิงปืนกล 93 ใส่เนิน 527 (3 ชุด ชุดละ 5 นัด)
    • เวลา 12.16 น. ฝ่ายกัมพูชายิงปืนเล็กยาวใส่เนิน 600
    • เวลา 12.23–12.35 น. ฝ่ายกัมพูชายิงปืนไม่ทราบชนิด 3 นัด และ ค. รวม 11 นัด จากพื้นที่ช่องอานม้า ไม่ทราบเป้าหมาย
    • เวลา 13.00 น. ฝ่ายกัมพูชาแจ้งว่าจะมีคณะ IOT กัมพูชาเดินทางเข้าพื้นที่ช่องอานม้าในช่วงบ่าย
    • เวลา 13.15 น. พลโทหญิง มาลี โสเจียตา โฆษกกระทรวงกลาโหมกัมพูชา ได้ออกมาแถลงชี้แจงในทันทีหลังเหตุการณ์ยิงยั่วยุของฝ่ายกัมพูชา โดยบิดเบือนอ้างว่าฝ่ายไทยโจมตีไปยังฐานทหารกัมพูชา จากนั้นสมเด็จฯ ฮุน เซน ประธานวุฒิสภากัมพูชา ยังได้โพสต์ข้อความผ่านเฟซบุ๊กส่วนตัวเพื่อขยายผลเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าว
    • เวลา 13.30 น. พื้นที่ช่องอานม้าไม่ปรากฏการยิงเพิ่มเติม ทั้งสองฝ่ายตรึงกำลังประจำแนว

          โฆษกกองทัพบกกล่าวว่า กรณีดังกล่าวเมื่อพิจารณาประมวลลำดับเหตุการณ์ทั้งหมดอย่างถี่ถ้วนแล้ว พบว่ามีลักษณะ “การทำงานที่ดูมีความประสานสอดคล้องกันจนผิดธรรมชาติ”ต่างจากทุกๆ เหตุการณ์ที่ผ่านๆ มา ชี้ให้เห็นถึงการเตรียมการวางแผนล่วงหน้า เริ่มจาก “การยั่วยุด้วยอาวุธ” ที่มุ่งหวังบันทึกภาพ และบิดเบือนว่าฝ่ายไทยเข้าโจมตีละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิง สอดรับกับการนัดหมายให้คณะผู้สังเกตการณ์ชั่วคราว (IOT) กัมพูชาเข้ามาเฝ้าติดตามสถานการณ์ในพื้นที่ และปิดท้ายด้วยการแถลงชี้แจงเพื่อกล่าวหาฝ่ายไทย โดยทางการฝ่ายกัมพูชา พร้อมสร้างภาพว่าเป็นผู้ถูกกระทำต่อสังคมโลก ซึ่งทั้งหมดก็เป็นเพียง “เป้าหมายของการโฆษณาชวนเชื่อ“ เท่านั้น

          ในความเป็นจริงคือ ฝ่ายกัมพูชาจงใจวางแผนสร้างเรื่อง ใช้อาวุธยิงเข้ามาในเขตไทย ยั่วยุหวังให้ไทยโจมตี พร้อมนัดหมาย IOT เข้ามาในพื้นที่ และเตรียมสร้างหลักฐานเท็จว่าฝ่ายไทยเป็นผู้ละเมิดมาตรการหยุดยิง ควบคู่กับการแถลงการณ์และรายงานกล่าวหาไทย ในลักษณะกล่าวหาบิดเบือนต่อสังคมโลก อันเป็นวิธีการที่ขาดความจริงใจและสะท้อนเจตนาที่ต้องการเพิ่มเติมความขัดแย้งให้มากขึ้น

          โฆษกกองทัพบกย้ำว่า การละเมิดหยุดยิงที่ร้ายแรงอย่างกรณี การลักลอบวางทุ่นระเบิดสังหารบุคคลของฝ่ายกัมพูชา ซึ่งละเมิดอนุสัญญาฯ เป็นการใช้อาวุธแบบซ่อนรูป ขัดต่อหลักมนุษยธรรมอย่างรุนแรง ควรจะเป็นประเด็นหลักที่คณะผู้สังเกตการณ์ชั่วคราว (IOT) ต้องให้ความสำคัญตรวจสอบอย่างจริงจังด้วย เพราะเป็นเรื่องหลักที่มีการละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิง ในระยะหลังสังคมจะเห็นเพียงภาพ คณะฯ IOT ฝั่งกัมพูชาเหมือนจะลงสังเกตการณ์เฉพาะ ในพื้นที่ตามที่ฝ่ายกัมพูชาชี้ให้เพื่อเป็นองค์ประกอบสนับสนุนการสื่อสารให้กัมพูชาเป็นหลัก ดังเช่นเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นเมื่อวานนี้ ซึ่งมีหลายฝ่ายมองว่าเป็นการจัดฉากขึ้นมาอย่างเป็นระบบชัดเจน

          The incident of Cambodia firing multiple-sized weapons into Chong An Ma area was a pre-planned operation, including provocative weapon use, scheduling an IOT delegation to enter the area, and making distorted statements accusing Thailand. All of this was merely “situation creation” by Cambodian yesterday.

          Major General Winthai Suvaree, Army spokesperson revealed that from yesterday’s incident (27 September 2025) where Cambodian used multiple-sized weapons to fire into Thai sovereign territory in Chong Bok area, Nam Yuen District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, there is an important sequence of events that the Royal Thai Army has recorded as follows:

• • • 11.55 hrs: Initial detection of mortar and machine gun fire from Cambodian positions on Hill 677.
    • 12.00 hrs: Observation Post (Hill 527) reported mortar fire from Hill 677 targeting Hill 600.
    • 11.55 – 12.07 hrs: Cambodian fired 40 mm grenades from Hill 677 toward Hill 600.
    • 12.10 hrs: Cambodian fired 3× bursts (5 rounds each) of PK-93 machine gun fire at Hill 527.
    • 12.16 hrs: Cambodian fired small arms at Hill 600.
    • 12.23 – 123.5 hrs: Cambodian fired 3× suspected sniper rounds and 11x mortar rounds (caliber unknown) from Chong An Ma area. Impact points undetermined.
    • 13.00 hrs: Cambodian announced that a Cambodian IOT delegation would travel into Chong An Ma area in the afternoon.
    • 13.15 hrs: Lieutenant General Mali Socheataa, spokesperson for the Cambodian Ministry of Defense, immediately issued a statement clarifying the incident following the Cambodian side’s provocative shooting, distorted the facts by claiming that Thai side attacked a Cambodian military base. Subsequently, Samdech Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Senate, also posted a message on his personal Facebook to amplify this incident.
    • 13.30 hrs: No additional shooting was observed in Chong An Ma area. Both sides maintained their forces in position along the border.

          The Army spokesperson said that when carefully considering and analyzing the entire sequence of events, it was found to have characteristics of “coordinated work that appears unnaturally synchronized,” different from all previous incidents.

          This points to advance preparation and planning, starting with “weapon provocation” aimed at capturing footage and distorting it to claim that Thai side attacked and violated the ceasefire agreement. This aligns with scheduling the Cambodian Interim Observer Team (IOT) delegation to come and monitor the situation in the area, and concluding with a clarification statement to accuse Thai side by Cambodian authorities, while creating an image of being the victim to the international community. All of this was merely “propaganda objectives.”

          In reality, Cambodian deliberately planned to fabricate an incident, using weapons to fire into Thai territory, provoking Thailand in hopes of getting Thailand to attack, while scheduling the IOT to enter the area and preparing to create false evidence that Thai side violated ceasefire measures, coupled with statements and reports falsely accusing Thailand in a distorted manner to the international community. This is a method that lacks sincerity and reflects an intention to escalate conflict further.

          The Army spokesperson emphasized that serious ceasefire violations such as the case of Cambodia’s covert planting of anti-personnel landmines, which violates the Convention and constitutes the use of concealed weapons, severely contradicts humanitarian principles, should be the main issue that the Interim Observer Team (IOT) must seriously prioritize and investigate, as this is the primary matter involving ceasefire agreement violations.

          Recently, society has only seen images of the Cambodian IOT delegation appearing to conduct observations specifically in areas designated by Cambodian to serve as supporting elements for Cambodia’s primary communications strategy, as in yesterday’s incident, which many parties view as systematically and clearly staged. This statement presents Thai military’s view that Cambodia is orchestrating these incidents as propaganda operations, while deflecting attention from what Thailand considers more serious violations (the landmine issue) that should be the IOT’s actual focus.
